This piece was originally commissioned by a very keen kayaker friend of mine. I think he’s covered every inch of it and it’s the piece of water that feels most like home to him.
This piece shows the Carrick Roads estuary of the River Fal in Cornwall. This beautiful estuary, with its many wooded inlets and creeks, is a classic piece of Cornwall and haven for a wide variety of birds and marine species. It’s a fantastic place to swim, sail, kayak, SUP and generally mess about in boats!
